Caller stresses to confirm 'Employees: Social Security Numbers, Physical Addresses, Banking Information (routing-accounting), Date of Births, Etc.'. As to the reason 'why' these (collection/debt) callers do not contact the 'City of Dallas - Department of Human Resources' directly is unknown. Because, the 'Receptionist, Office Clerk or Temporary Office - help'  of any other department they is called... will NOT have ANY of the information... not even through harassment or threats!
