This number called the office this morning. I became suspicious when they asked for my boss using the last name as a first name. I told the lady the boss was unavailable and I offered to take a message. She then asked for a co-owner. Looking at the caller id, and noticing we had a similar number call over a month ago, i told the lady we don't accept credit cards, so we're not interested and they should put us on her do not call list. She asked who I was, and I hung up.

Received a call today and when I answered they asked if I was Mrs. I proceeded to asks who I was speaking to and who they were with. The lady said access and asked if I was the owner. Told her no and she would not give me any other info because she said she needed to speak to owner directly

I've seen the following names appear on caller ID for this company: Axis, Intrepid, and Merchant Service. Sure, caller ID can be spoofed, but these are good giveaways that not answering the call means you won't miss anything important.

Caller ID says it was Merchant Service. I did not answer the phone. If I google search my company name it is at the top of the first page on the search. When I google search Merchant Service it is nowhere to be found. It is probably a fake ID and most likely a scam from an identity thief phishing for your personal information.
