I received a similar call last week (only that the credit card companies overcharged me on fees) and told Wayne Morris I didn't have any of my statements handy. He said he'd call me back the next week, and he did. I told him I was really wary of his call and said I want something in writing regarding all of this. I told him I didn't want to email or text any copies of my statements to him. He said it was safe and that I could drop my statement in the middle of the Mall of America and no one could do anything with it. He was pushy and insisted I send the information right away so the analyst could get working on the corrections. I bought some time as I looked up the email address he gave me and the phone number he called from and the one he gave me last week, and it showed many scam attempts. Do not waste your time with these people.
