Robo blocked the call on my land line.  I get a Hispanic guy calling about roof inspection on my cell.  My answer is "I don't do business with criminals.". When he says he is not a criminal I either say "I don't do business with criminals and liars" or "of course you are, you are calling a do not call number.  That is a crime."

someone calls from this number  almost every day  and does not leave message. CID says it  is from Wilmer, TX

Caller displayed UNKNOWN NAME on the CID.  I answered by speaking the last 4 digits of my phone number instead of "hello."  Lots of noise and talking in the background; but the caller wouldn't speak and hung up.  Caller is either harassing the public or seeking no answer in order to set up a burglary.

"Jay" asking me if I've had my roof inspected.  Told him to remove my #, he continued trying to talk to me and I hung up.  I've asked to be removed from their calling list before, they do not listen.

No they won't listen, especially if you're answering their calls in any way--live is their favorite. They will listen after calling enough times and getting no kind of answer if you're able to do it.
