Caller ID shows  Nicholson Rosem 972-832-2241.  I determined through another site that this is an unlisted cell phone in McKinney, TX.  Male caller said he was general contractor and will be in my neighborhood offering a free roof inspection.  I declined his offer.  I don't do business with people who violate the Do Not Call list.

It appears this is a spoofed called id situation. Spoke with the lady who actually owns this cell phone number and she's been bombarded with people calling her back asking what she wants. unfortunate these telemarketers are actually able to spoof someone else number. If you got a call from this number, don't call back.
