Called my Texas Landline 06-15-16 at 10:53 guy said was from HVAC Services Caller ID displayed Out of Area I advised remove number from list and do not call back he HU.
972 is Dallas which is Texas so in 2-3 minutes one can fill out online complaing forms for Telemarketer Complaint Form _ Public Utility Commission of Texas
