This number KEEPS calling me, day after day after day, and always asks for Joe. When I actually wait long enough to respond to them, they act like they can't hear me. I've added them to my blocked numbers list, but they still keep calling!!!!!

Have seen this number a few times.  Finally answered it today.  Sat there for a little bit and then asked them why they were breathing so heavy.  The guy then said he was looking for John Connor.  Asked him if he was a terminator sent back to kill him.  They hung up.
