On my caller ID a number appeared 972-773-4301 Fannie Mae.When I called the number it said your call can not be completed as dialed, please check the number and call again. I've been looking for a home modification loan and don't understand why the call won't go thru. Is this fraud?

I answered it, and spoke with Phillip. He said he was with the US Treasury. HAMP. I have been filing complants to the comptroller of currency because of my problems w/ BAC modification. which caused them to x-communicate me into a mod. exclusion department. To make a short story shorter,he gave me a direct line to Fannie Mea- 888-326-6435...recorded message w/ web site to see new laws the bank are to now follow....if they followed the old ones, I'd have some hope.

I actually sent an e-mail to the President asking for assistance thru one of his government agencies on my HAFA short sale. BAC has been lagging on assisting us. Writing to the President works I got a call from HAMP asking how they could help.

I sent a email to the President indicated that B OF A did not want to modify my loan, I get this call from 972-773-4301, they were from Fannie Mae and indicated that I qualify for a HAMP program, and since my house foreclosed on July 14, 20011 they were going to resend it.  Will see, Only prayer and God can reverse it.
