Called on cellphone but when voicemail picked up left no message. Probably spam so I blocked number!

SCAMMERS! try to get your card number by "promotion" for lower interest rate They ask you expiration date and name of the bank, than  telling you first 4 digits and ask you to verify next 8 digits. First 4 digits are same for all cards and identify the bank, last four digits are public accessible so they need only 8 middle digits and last 3 digits on the back of cards.
