This is a company that finds resumes online then attempts to sell you on their "career management" services. See dfwtop.com for their website.

One of the big dogs in this kind of service is Notus (getnotus.com)...

They charge thousands of dollars ...after you fill out forms and questionaires and pay them for resume rewrites, etc.

I got a call from them also.  I'm trying to validate their company, looks like they do the same work as Notus.  Do you know the difference?

Yep, got a call from this place, Patty I think was her name. Damn it, they are good at sounding official.

Well I wont bother calling them back...

I've been through the initial meeting and the second meeting (I was supposed to bring my wife, but thought better and didn't). Although they use the name "TOP", that's not their business name...their real business name is still a mystery to me. It doesn't appear on any literature anywhere. BBB has no record of the business name "TOP", or their URLs (dallastxcareers.com, dfwtop.com, procareeradvantage.com), or their phone numbers, or their email addresses. WHOIS search on their domains shows they used a private registration so their real company name is not listed. The "Executive Vice President" I met with doesn't seem to exist on Google or Linkedin, which I find amazing considering the background he was espousing. They want to charge $15K to place executives. I believe the proper term for these people is "grifter", not telemarketer...
