This is a telemarketing call from Suddenlink. They are trying to get you to convert to their cable programming. Cable is slowly on its way out of the market. Some cable providers are actually partnering with dish providers to salvage a presence in the home entertaining industry. Telemarketer kept repeating that their programming was "better." Suddenlink's pricing is higher per month in nearly every package, despite offering you less channels. Suddenlink only offers two package options and the more popular of the two is the TiVo included choice. Suddenlink offers a multi-room DVR service but with vastly inferior features compared to DISH's Hopper. Suddenlink has TiVo which will only let you record 2 shows at once and up to 45 hours of programming storage. DISH gives you the power to record 8 shows at once and store 2,000 hours of your favorite shows. Dish allows you to skip commercials during Primetime, Suddenlink does not. Suddenlink charges $24 per month for their Whole-House HD-DVR service. DISH charges $12 per month for a Hopper HD-DVR.. NO Thanks Suddenlink....
