972-737-8107 - now they are calling and putting "City of <insert your city name>" on their caller id.  I asked why they have that on there.  He says he was calling from my city.  I am an 817 area code so nope.   Said I was on Do Not Call List so please do not call again.  He said he wasn't trying to sell anything and was just  giving a free inspection for hail and wind damage to home.  I said that is solicitation because ZERO chance they would walk away without saying something needed to be replaced.  I block ALL numbers but thought I had mistakenly  blocked this one so unblocked.  And yes they call daily or more!

I have received approximately 95 calls from this number since June.  I have blocked it but they still continue to call every day and on Saturdays.  I would like to know where they are located so I can file a harassment charge with my police dept.

You will need to unblock the calls and start asking who is calling.  This is not as easy as it sounds, since even if you do talk to a real person, they usually know better than to tell you a physical location, and the name of the business and names of the owners.
     Your local police might help if the calls are local.  Otherwise, you are going to have to think bigger and look into filing TCPA suits. Again, you need solid info, names, addresses and records of the violations.  Not impossible.  It the calls are being run from outside the USA, you are up against a whole other set of problems.
     So do some reading on the web about how to proceed.  I am attaching a link that might have some basic info for you.  What you want is not easy, nor is it impossible, esp if the calls are being run in your city or state.
