I have this number blocked as of 1/10/17 and he or she called 2 times on 1/11/17, 2 times on 1/12/17, 2 times on 1/13/17 and once so far today but it is only 12:20 PM.  My phone shows the number and "blocked call" on my caller  ID each time.  Does that sound like it might be a machine dialing the number?  I would think that if it was a person dialing the number and received a message "The number you have reached is not accepting calls from your number" that they would quit calling.  What do you experts think about this?

collect time and date info and file a formal harassment complaint with your phone company.
I am having the same issue you are with this caller.

I have received over 30 calls from this number after blocking it so they either don't care or don't have the method to remove the number which prob means it is a RoBo dialer.
