I got one too threatening me to take further actions

I received threatening call to take me to court. Returned call and only got recording. Who are they?

I received a call threatening a lawsuit on a payday loan that I had settled and paid off. They would not talk to the law firm I was dealing with on settling my payday loans. I have filed against them with Texas Attorney General about it. I have not heard from them since I filed against them.

I got a phone call today saying i had 2 charges against me,one which was a felony. He was so quick to want my debit card information and knew everything about me. I have no idea what he was talking about. If this has happened to you. you need to report it and not give anyone your number !!!!
