Today, We receive a phone call from Dyck-O'Neal, Inc. very aggressive, She wants to give all the information, Social security, driver license, and address, I responded that I can not give the information by phone, she insult me and said many bad words.  I have record of all my phone calls, so you can training to your personal in customer service and hire personal with more education

For several weeks now I have been getting calls from this number. I never answer the phone when I don't know the number. I suspect they are looking for someone with the same last name. I don't care. They never leave a message. Big pain.
