I answered it and it was a girl claiming to be from Charter communications.  She asked me about my tv watching and then pitched me a deal on tv and phone service, which I promptly turned down.  She wouldn't let me go until I told her I am done with this conversation.

This number tried calling me yesterday, Wednesday July 22nd at 6:30pm Pacific Time. Then again this morning, Thursday July 23rd at 9:36am Pacific Time.

I didn't answer either time. If it was someone that mattered, they would leave a voicemail.
