This number called my iPhone. I tried calling them back (on iPhone) and phone could not dial, saying "Caller Busy"

Got call from this number and mention i got approved for free Vacation, Yeah RIGHT

Received a missed call from this number at 9:01am on 3/2/17. What's strange is that it's a Dallas, TX area code... And I was talking to someone the day before  about my plans to move to Dallas next year. I really hope this wasn't a prankster or some government agency spying on me and listening to my calls. Called the number back and it gave me a busy signal. Hmmmm
