Melody or Melanie called asking for person who handles HR and benefit decisions.  Friendly enough girl, but we really don't have time to field a thousand cold calls a day, so i put her on hold til she hung up,which is  usually about two minutes.  We know how to shop for what our business needs.  We don't harass others with cold calls.  These companies which rely on cold calls for all their "business?  really need to get a new business model and leave legitimate companies alone.  Placing "Benefit Mall" on the companies blocked number list and not regretting it one bit.

Benefit Mall calls insurance agents to sell their product. So someone at your number or that had your number, was or is an insurance agentl  Not scammers.
