calls and hang up multiple times a day! No answer!

Got three 'new' number calls today, including this one at 7:18PM tonight.  Suspect this one is 'trolling for live numbers' to sell to other scammers.
Other two numbers today were 540-628-9584 "STAFFORD, VA" (no msg left but other report a phony "Right To Life" 'charity BEGGING call) and 269-707-0200 "ATHENS, MI."  (no msg; no info available)  Suspect they are all related.

Some weirdo! They call and don't say anything but you can hear a t.v or radio in the background.

Update. This number finally called my house number (the first incident was on my cellphone). This is definitely a call center from the background noise that I heard. There were lots of people chatting in the background. The guy that called had a thick Indian accent and I couldn't make out what he was saying.  Assume that this is a scam call!!

Beware!
