Frank call stating he has a case against me.. I should call him immediately.  I did not return his call.

I received a call from this number under the name vocalocity stating that I had a case against me owing 1800 dollars but could settle for 720 dollars from a 2 year old payday loan which is and has been illegal in the state of nc I think it's a scam of some sort

I have received several calls from this number stating they had a case against me but have never returned their calls.  The last caller from this number gave a name of Samantha Prescott with Satellite Mediation and a different return # of 302-241-0053.  I googled it and there is no such company and the phone number she gave is in Dover, Delaware.  Still refuse to return the call.  Feel it is a scam as usual.

just received a call telling me that I took out a payday loan of $3000 3 years ago.  I have never had a payday loan.  telling me that there is a lawsuit against me and that they are willing to settle for $1000.  I told them to show me proof that It was mine.  The guy laughed at me and started threatening me.  I simple said pleas show me proof and if it mine I will pay it.  But I did not take a loan out.  He cussed at me so bad and threatened me.  I then told him not to call me again.  He called me a f**cking B**ch....

I got a message at work stating her name is Sara from SG legal stating i have a case against me and my social and gave me the 4 ending of my social, I have 24 hours to get back to her before her and her company process the claim, This is ridiculous, I have nothing out there, what else can I do to stop this crap!
