Is this a legit company!? threatening to have county officials involved if not paid. My bank account hit over three years ago, and they kept probing the account running up overdraft fees etc until the check was in and then nailed it for all!!! now they say they are still owed 500$ from 3 years ago...and its accrued to 1500$ but can be settled now for 990$ if payment installations are made within 48 hrs, otherwise they will turn it over to the county to deal with. Is this for real!???

I received a call from this company today also saying I have 2 pending allegations in the city of Dallas against me and if I don't respond in 2 days with restitution they will send a letter to my work for payment.  There is a civil complaint against me...can you let me know how your issue turned out?  I haven't called them back yet as I don't know what it could be honestly but needless to say I don't get calls like this everyday and they do have my name, number, etc.

me too.  I received the call.  I did call back same as yours Joe B. about 4 years ago.  I contacted the bank and they did show a deposit on that day for that amount.  these loans are bad when i googled the loan company it said 441% interest is that even legal?  Im annoyed cause if I took it out I owe it but that amount they gave was really high too.  How can that be legal.

I got the same call yesterday, and so did my parents about me, and so did my employer.  I will have our on-staff police office listen to it and take a report.

oh...and ironically i was in dallas texas a few weeks ago, which is where the number originates
