Caller left no message.  CID just repeated the phone #.  Based on the previous entries it's probably a scam.   Sure wouldn't buy an "extended warranty" from someone who contacted me on the phone or by email.  AS for the DNC list it's a joke.  Most calls are either random number generators, or people buying lists from other scammers.  Probably foreign ones, at that.
