I got a call from this number about 20 min ago and it left no voice message. Tried to call it back and says it is not a working number. Then how did it call me?  Scams or collections?  I don't think I have unpaid bills

Just called and asked for me by name, I asked who's calling please. Man said, is that you(my name), and he said thank you and hung up.

I tried calling the number back and voice recording says it is not a working number.

They just called. The are collecting info to clean up databases that they turn around and sell. Data miners. They should add data miner to the Call Types.
