In got this call this morning on my cell and didn't know who it was so I didn't answer the call. They didn't leave a message so I  assumed that it is some one trying to scam me out of something. I never answer the phone if I don't know the number.

Calls every 15 minutes for the last 2 days.  This harassment has to be illegal. Does anyone know how to block this?  I'm reporting this number to the police, to the FCC, and hopefully will be filing a lawsuit when I find out who this is.
