I got a call from this number stating I had a hearing for disability in Shreveport La, They asked for my name, number, and ssn.  I am on disability with the military, so I figured it was for that, so I submitted my info. I was kind of leary about it so I looked the number up and found this site.  Does anyone have any advice?

I just received a call from this number this morning to remind me about my appointment with Social Security the next day. I had also got a call on my home number reminding me of a court date which was supposed to be cancelled.

Received a automated call from 972-497-1400 saying someone at this number had a SSA appointment the following date at 9:05 AM.  Very weird, the caller ID said American Voice.

I just got a call from Called Id said American voice 972-497-1400. pretty strange, I hung up the phone jumped online now I am here. I'm glad that there are places like this. You have to wonder WHY SSI says American Voice especially when there are so many people try to steal identities, My first thought was voice theft, I don't know if that is even possible, but it's sad that, that was my first thought. Also, the call was to remind me of an appointment
