Shawn Michael Grisham , Todd Eric Seale, Shane Shanafelt are just a few of the bottom feeders at Texas Industries Inc, aka Crown Exlporation.. Same tactics as Larry Koonce, whom they probably know.
Here is just one of their Form D filings on one of their Joint Venture offerings.. Notice line item 15. Sales Commissions & Finder's Fees Expenses amount of $ 458,640.00 to be provided separately. Ridiculous ! This is reason they are making unsolicited phone calls . Cant make the money by producing oil/gas, so hit up the responsible folks for the big bucks ! Shady much !!
