Caller offered to have my rook inspected (following a storm a few days ago). I advised that I was on the Do Not Call list, which I have re-verified as accurate.  Caller claimed that there was probably a new 2016 Do Not Call list that I wasn't  on, which is bogus, since numbers stay on that list until specifically removed (mine goes back to 2005).  I've reported this call to the FCC at https://consumercomplaints.fcc.gov/hc/en-us.
