Received this call on my cell phone. It shows here as coming from Texas where I don't know anybody anyway but my phone unmasked it and it really came from Poughepsie, NY, which is very strange indeed. They left a blank voicemail as in a 3 minute  message with just for voices somewhere far in the background. Blocked this number.
