"Fraternal Order of Police" using what sounded like a soundboard system (recorded messages played back in response to my answers). I was offered the following contact information (after I told them I had asked to be added to their internal do-not call list already, and these calls were in violation of the TCPA):

Received a call today from this number.  Caller ID said "Italy, TX". Didn't answer, and no message was left.

"No name" on CID, then hung up when I answered with a business name instead of "Hello?"

"Italy TX" So glad I can block their calls but they still don't stop.  Several years ago one of their telemarketers insisted I send them a certain amount of money.  When I didn't he called back and was threatening.  Never answer FOP calls or any from unknown numbers.
