Attempted to call number back, messages states that they are a debt collector by the name of VFN & Associates, PC out of Arlington, TX.  They claim to be a Legal Office, but they are not registered as such through the Secretary of State-they are registered as a private company that has been in business for 4 year.  However, there is an actual Law Firm listed as VFN, but I was able to verify that they are not associated with the people calling from the number searched.

Has called daily, at least once, won't leave a message, finally decided to see if can locate online... since they won't leave messages for anyone, BLOCKING EM!!!!

They called me several times as well, but it has a recorded that just says the number 4 I believe.  I am blocking this number as well.
