Called my work number. Didn't answer and they didn't leave a message

I had just looked up some important information online the number called responded like it was a real person but it really was recording it hung up after I asked who was it trying to call and when I tried to call it back and ended up getting the same recording a lady named kim with a country accent

Just an SOB  criminal

Will NOT answer ANY questions related to Who they are, Where they are based at [address], or anything else. AND refuse to put my number on the DNC list with their call center. Will NOT answer any return calls either. I told them they are breaking the law, to remove me, and they are going to jail!
