Saying a complaint will be file within 24hrs

Received the same message as above.  Complaint will be filed in 24 hours.  Definitely did not sound professional.

Called left a message, didn't say who they where looking for just a pressing matter was pending and I had 24hrs to get in touch with the

Recorded message on answering machine.  They stated a relative's name (exactly) and said a legal matter would be filed against him within 24 hours if he didn't call them back at this number.  (The caller ID reflected SKANSKA 623-734-1716).  I'm assuming it's a collection agency for a relative whom I've never associated with.  He's a deadbeat.

caller said have 24 hr to contact them quickly to avoid legal action
