Assume debt collector. Recorded message threading on a banking issue.

Debt collector on an old pay day loan. Tier One called 3 times. Very fast talking and rude. You call back they answer hello and not with a company name.

Caller ID displayed 'Wilmer TX' ... female voice spoke very fast, had to replay several times "This message pertains to a very important business matter, call back immediately @ such-n-such number". I never answer calls where the ID is the name of a city ... first red flag it's not a legit company ... can't even disclose their company name!
