Got a call at 9:17AM EST and did not answer.  Called back with *67 and some tones/music played for about 3 seconds before some fast talking guy answered the phone.  I couldn't understand what he said, may have been a company name or "this call is being recorded".  Unsure. I hung up.

Received a call from this number when I ask what it is in reference to, the man just keep asking if I was Malinda. I hung up call back got someone different and ask what the company was and the man just keep QCS, this is QCS on a recorded line.
I try to find the company in Google; however, QCS is not enough information.

Qualia Collection Services... at least I think. They just called but I don't answer to numbers I don't recognize. Last time they called me was from a 704 area code. They apparently have many complaints against them and very shady. I don't trust them.

Why every time a Debt collector calls you, on a debt you most likely owe, does almost everyone here post SCAM! when in fact, most likely the one yelling scam, is the one that was scamming, as you took a service, and told them you would pay, but never did....for whatever reason...
