Another fake/spoofed Caller ID, probably another ILLEGAL roofing call!  Too bad the No Call List takes funding & does nothing!

Called Twice.
Caller ID showed "Out of Area"
First time I picked up phone, no one answered.
Called again 30 mins later. Went to answering machine. Didn't leave message

caller said they were with the homeless vets, collecting a one time donation.  told him i just sent a check to the VFW and he hung up on me.  i tried calling him back - to tell him that was rude - but the number only rings once and then nothing.....

Caller ID shows Grapevine, Texas.
Caller asked for 'Vernon'... Told him he had the wrong number... He then says "Maybe you can help me...I'm collecting for..." (click). I hung up and the number is now blocked.

Home landline rings. CID says "Dallas TX". We let it ring. Voicemail answers. Caller does not leave msg.
