Like everyone else here, got a charge ($10.15) and no one answered at the phone number that showed up on the charge. This is ridiculous.

Why are you even wasting your time trying to call these people?  Simply file a dispute with the bank, and they will investigate for you.  You have a limited amount of time to do that, so wasting time trying to get through to them, and then wasting time when they keep telling you they will refund it, which they won't will negate your right to dispute the charge.

I just recently got $12.97 taken out of my account and the only reason why I've known it's because my paycheck has not hit my account and It overdrawn on my account but it's just crazy I don't know how to get that my information but I never had this problem until I did the autofill and put my debit card number in my phone and I'm with Metro PCS in Dallas don't know if they have anything to do it.. but called my bank and getting it disputed hope I don't have an issue getting my money back.and from all these posts they are getting a pretty penny from everybody accounts and that stuff adds up it's a shame that I haven't they have not got caught yet.

"my debit card number in my phone"  Into the most insecure item that you own?  If nothing else, what happens if you lose your phone?  Then whoever finds it (assuming they didn't steal it) has all that information.
