Why don't we ask the Rand family of Aspen Exploration, Wave Energy, Sentry Energy Production LLC to name a few of the scam companies they ran about "how it works"... as all of the men in that family have plead guilty to stealing 68 million dollars from investors in oil and gas fraud and one of the largest Ponzi schemes recently perpetrated.

I've never heard of any investor who ever made money in the Barnett Shale... except of course for your "happy investors."

It's people like you, the Rands, and every other oil company cold-calling that has caused untold numbers of investors to have their money stolen. From the cold-caller to the the CEO, they all know there is no way in hell that the investor has any shot at a return on their investment from the moment they punch the numbers to get through to a potential investor. Yet all that you scammers can offer is "they knew the risks when they invested and are just crying like babies now that their money is gone."  Their money isn't gone. It's in your personal bank accounts for exotic cars, strip clubs, narcotics, and gambling binges in Las Vegas.

While we are at it, why don't we ask Mr Barber of T-bar Resources "how it's done." I guess he won't be able to comment ...unless they have internet at Club Fed for the next 99 years.

Based on all of these facts, common sense dictates that you will be next.  And I hope you get 99 years like Mr Barber. That is unless you [removed:lang] out like the men in the Rand Family and plead guilty for a mere 20 years. That's a pretty stiff sentence for "a parking ticket."

I'm now taking bets as to how long it will take Antoinette Rand, Maryann Rand and Anne Rand of Sentry Energy Production LLC to join their men behind bars where they belong.  There's getting to be quite a long line of "parking offenders" in the state and federal prison system. Fact is, the chances of any investor recouping their investment money from a cold call from an oil and gas boiler room is about as probable as turning a goat into a thoroughbred and winning the Kentucky Derby.

An invitation was posted on this website July 2009 that anyone with questions or concerns may call me directly at 1-888-608-8898. Although we have not received any calls yet, our offer stills stands, and if any concerns are brought to our attention they will be addressed professionally and promptly.  Furthermore, to help alleviate any investor concerns, we took the initiative early last year to open a broker-dealer and undergo the licensing process which was completed in December 2009. What this means for our investors is that they have the benefit of investing through a member of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) which is the largest independent regulator for all securities firms doing business in the United States. All told, FINRA oversees nearly 4,750 brokerage firms, about 167,000 branch offices and approximately 634,000 registered securities representatives.  Details of FINRA’s strict standards can be found at finra.org.
Thank you,
Brian

I was online trying to do a little research on Regal and ran across this site. To be fair $400,000 is a ridiculous number to throw out for a horizontal well in the Barnett Shale. Not possible for any well over 5,000 ft from what I have seen. There is obviously some other reason you are trashing this company. Either you lost money and are upset(which is your own fault), or you got fired or have a grudge against someone there. The capital raised and amounts paid out are in their offering documents as well as any other information an investor wants. The deal about being sanctioned by Colorado is like a speeding ticket. It's hard to believe these guys aren't legit having recently registered with FINRA. Everything I find here is the same BS.  Pissed-off uneducated investors or disgruntled ex-employees. People that expect to get into oil & gas deals ground floor at no cost with guaranteed return.

Here are some varying viewpoints on what it costs to drill a well.
