Horrible girl with horrible customer service skills.  She was rude and threatened to have me arrested at work!  After I hung up, I realized she had not given me one fact about where this came from.  How do she expect someone to pay when the information is not disclosed?  I believe it was in regards to a traffic ticket.  WOW, just sitting at work and received this phone call and now i feel like someone hit me with a truck.  How are collection agencies allowed to mistreat people that way?

It's American Municipal Services. I did a google search and it came up with their info. Don't know why they called me; I've never had a ticket.

American municipal services,  left voice mail. Information for someone other than myself about a citation in Blanchard. Never been to Blanchard,  Louisiana. Number register as Carrollton,  Texas. Ashley left 800 number for a return call.

Also got voicemail about Louisiana traffic ticket, but I wasn't in Louisiana on the date they claim. Also received two letters from them.

I recieved a call from Ashley regarding a traffic ticket from 5 years ago. I called the city in which I had the ticket and they said I did not owe them. I called Ashely back and told her that she was trying to scam me. She became very rude! IT IS A SCAM!
