Calling cell phone with no message. Called number back and says the survey you are calling about is over

Robocall from Florida Getaways
Hard to tell at first that it was a robo call, but the machine was interrupting me and the robo text didn't line up with my responses.
It must be a newish thing for spam callers to get a local phone number. I am more likely to answer a local call than an unfamiliar area code.
