I too found this add online over the weekend looking for a Samoyed puppy for my children for Christmas. I contacted the phone number and it is the same number and email you have, he gives a sad story about his wife passing away and he dose not have time for the puppies. He told me the puppies were free it was $300.00 for one or $ 500.00 for two just send him the money for the courier and you too can have a puppy show up  on your door step.He is still emailing me and texting me after I told him he was scamming my family and I was not falling for it and shame on him for lying to children. I also found another site with a woman with the same emails that he was sending out and the same story with also the same pics of the puppies. Her price was $ 400.00 for one and $ 500.00 for two. I told her that she sounded just like this Mr. Wilson and she got very rude in her text messaging demanding I give her his information and demanding in several texts I do as she says and send her the money now.  I reported it to the police and the Attorney Generals Office.  Her name and info is: Alishia Merlin, email aliishismerlin@gmail.com , phone: 515-523-7333. The gentleman is fabrigaz Wilson, email: fabrigazwilson@yahoo.com, phone: 972-379-8782.  Its very sad that people do these things and can lie to family's and take advantage.  I hope they are caught before someone falls for their story and sends them money. 12-15-2013

Thank you for these posts! I was almost duped myself. The story matched what was said previously. I started getting suspicious when he said the cat barked!!!

He is still actively doing this. Same story as above. Was trying to purchase a kitten. Things didn't add up. Ad was from  Palm Springs. All of a sudden he's in Oregon. First the kitten is 19 weeks. Later in the conversation it was 11 weeks. Phone he uses is based in Texas. The courier he uses is from Texas with the same bad phone reception. All he was interested in was  for us to get a relodit pack card and to give him the numbers from the card.

i just ran into the same problem I think from the same man but a different phone number. his email says a carrier will charge you when they arrive with the puppy or whatever you may be asking for.  but then in the text he wants to set up arrangements for you to pay Western Union or pay up front. this is also the same person that on his email we received was from Oregon but now lives in Texas. the phone number is 469 587-9280.  please do not call this number its just a scam

Hi
I got a response from an online posting and it immediately read like a scam.  He uses the "my wife just passed away" line, which should be everyone's first warning flag as it is a classic move to gain sympathy and confidence.  He starts out saying that he does not want to charge and than asks how much we are willing to give him for a dog.  Again, probably covering himself from a legal standpoint where he can say he did not set a price and the buyer simply offered him a number.   Email is Alishiamerlin@gmail.com

Total scam. Goes by Alishia Merlin alishiamerlin@gmail.com. Advertised purebred French Bulldogs (normally worth thousands of dollars) for free in Cleveland, close to where we live. Gave us the whole "wife just passed away" bit. Asked us a million questions. We were planning on picking them up, but then he said he just moved to Portland. Great! Most my family lives there and has good access to pet transportation companies. I offered to have a family member pick up the dog, but then it got weird. All of a sudden, the emails were short, terse, and in broken English. It became comically obvious this is a scammer. I hope no one gets taken by this.
