I just recieved 3 phone calls from this number. [972-392-1723] The first came in under "Unknown" and the other 2 came in under that under. I called the number back after the 3rd time and it said that it was an unworking number from Onstar. (I don't have Onstar!) When I called the number, it gave me another number for Customer Service. I called it and a lady answered. I told her what was going on and she asked for my name and phone number. When I told her that I was unfortable with giving my information to her, she got nasty, and told me that I problem would not be resolved without my number.

We've been getting slammed with these damned calls this evening. The 800 number went to a recording saying they were closed. I find that funny since Onstar is supposed to be 24/7-365. The number is showing being traced back to Plano,TX. The search only gave that, but said I could pay $19 and get the name and address of the call. Damn that. I hope somebody figures this out soon, because I'm not down with getting woken up with punk [***] phone calls.

I first got this call yesterday at 7 in the morning and to wake up to that great screeching noise was fabulous. It called back 3 minutes later. Then again today it called only this time at 8:27 and night and a few minutes later. Not until the fourth time did I actually get the number. This is BS that OnStar hasn't fixed the problem yet.

Count me in for slapping a suit down on these clowns.

I have been receiving the same calls everyone else has. I set my phone to exclude all calls except those in my address book. Guys with business phones do not have that luxury. But we're all dancing around the real solution everyone is thinking about-a visit to the physical address of the callers, servers, etc...
