After months of retrieving these "Hey Joe . . .  testing the audio" messages from my VM, from about a dozen different numbers--and three from three different TX area codes in the past four days, I finally did a search and came across others experiencing the same issue.   It's all very strange . . . and annoying. I'm sorry you all are experiencing it too. But, if there's a silver lining to it, since we're all getting them, none of us are probably being singled out by some weirdo out for revenge, of some sort.  Like all of you, I hope they stop, though.
