call came in on cell from Venus TX. they didn't leave a message

Just called my cell. I didn't answer. No message left. I'm blocking this caller.

received call and didn't answer....no voice mail left. phone said spam call...blocked number

Tried calling and ignored assuming a scam. No message left. Number blocked.

I answered this call just to see what they said. They said my warranty on my car is about to expire. I held to listen to a human and when the man with a foreign accent answered I said "who are you" and he hung up. I heard of these warranty scams and wanted to tell whoever was calling to stop calling me but didn't get the opportunity so I put the number on caller reject.
