Caller ID is FAKED as John Adams with a local number to DFW TX area.  You can hear a noisy call center in the background, which is an immediate sign you may have a scammer/telemarketer.  Idiot guy asked for my spouse by 1st name, as if a personal call.  When I said not here, can I take message- he said with Total Construction Services.  I immediately said he was breaking the law by calling people on the federal No Call List & hung up on him.  Of course these people do not care about the law because the government does nothing to enforce it.  You can't effectively report them since they use a spoofed Caller ID & you can't identify who they really are.

Thanks government for giving us another law with no enforcement.  Heaven knows how much money is paid to some ineffective No Call List enforcement staff!
