Called, hung up after only 2 rings. Caller ID says Prosper, TX, which is local.

Called. Rang only once. Shows a local number. Tried calling it back and says number is a non working number.

Once again, rang once then hung up.

3/27/15 Well these jerks have started up again. We received 4 calls from them in 2/15, one on 3/11/15 and the one today - no msg left on ans. machine as usual. When we are home we press " talk" then immediately "Off" to deal with unknown callers. For some reason the number of robo/telemaketer calls has declined considerably in March but will no doubt increase with the elections - heaven help us please.
