Call back gets "You've reached the (something a bit garbled) Torrence. This is probably a debt collector. Personally, I'd block the number but if you do decide to answer, tell him to "cease and desist" from calling you then hang up. If he calls you again, you can sue him. These slime balls try to get ANYONE to pay the debt they purchased for pennies on the dollar. You are NOT responsible for your sister's debt nor do you have to provide him with any information. So ignore the call, block the number but if you do decide to answer follow the suggestions of the FTC. Read here:
