This is a legit call from Suntrust Bank collateral collections department

I want to file a complaint to how do we do it

I had a message from Vanessa Riley asking that I return her call at 972-331-4152 and refer to a file num. When I called back she answered and let me know that the call was being recorded. I gave her the file num and turns out that she was looking for my ex to get a statement from him. She wasn't trying to sell me anything or collect any money. I gave her the info I had. She wasn't rude or short with me.
