This number has called my cell phone several times and not left a message.  If I answer, there's no response.  Calling back, the line was answered, but no one spoke.

I get calls several times a day from this number. Sometimes in the middle of the night like midnight to 3 am. Samething though blank voice mails or no one there when I answer. Except there was one voice mail that had a steady beeping for a few minutes till my voice mail timed out
