A "Richard" from "CNA" called and was very rude and demanding. He insisted that he needed to speak with our CEO, and when I asked what it was regarding he said "pre-litigation" and refused to be more specific. When I told him that our CEO was unavailable, he replied with attitude in his voice "YOU said he was in the office!" (Which I did not). And I said that I was sorry but he was in a meeting. The caller was very persistent, obstinate, and RUDE. He eventually hung up.
