Called again. Typical moronic "May I speak to the owner" first thing out of their mouth. No name, no company affiliation, just the presumption that I'm stupid enough to transfer the call to the owner (I am, but decided not to admit that to them). Said they were from "Express Processing", which is one of their alternate names. Did mention card processing, and did admit they weren't a current vendor, but also said this wasn't a sales call (lie). They wouldn't actually say what the call was about, just that it was a "business matter". Uh huh...
They have an F rating with the BBB, which you can read here:

Several of the complaints are for telemarketing reasons. So filing with the BBB, while helping others avoid this company, doesn't appear to bother the company. Also, several of the complaints are with the product and service, and appear to indicate that the sales reps misrepresent the fees/etc that will be charged. Instead of dealing with the deceptive marketing and representations, they continually start referencing the agreement and clauses about "no verbal agreements or representations have been made", which actually, they HAVE been made by the sales rep in order to close the sale.
They seem to know absolutely nothing about sales to companies with even the most simple of gatekeepers, along with the multiple complaints of sales misrepresentations, which leads me to believe they prey on small businesses. My opinion: Never, ever do business with this company.
